1. Responsible for strategic development and management of commercial, institutional, or industrial corporate accounts to drive sales revenue growth and to build solid long-term customer base
2. Able to conduct each step of sales cycle: prospecting/Initial contact, Approach, Presentation, Assessment, Follow up, and Close
3. Present energy cost analysis including ROI to decision makers.
4. Part of the responsibilities is to develop and to maintain relationship with LED lighting distribution channels.
1. Self- motivated, responsible, and result oriented professional
2. Sales experience in lighting industry is preferred
OR a quick learner of LED lighting products and a hard working professional with entrepreneurial spirit to overcome obstacles to succeed
1. A car is required
2. Command good skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
3. Excellent verbal, written English language skills and presentation skills
4. A hunter and a closer
5. Technical Skills (preferably in lighting)
6. Green Minded
7. Willing to take more responsibilities to pursue career growth
